I dunno about you but I'm feeling low on energy and general enthusiasm this week that seemed to start last weekend prolly connected with all the EU referendum stuff which takes me out of my space little/middlespace not least when near enough everything on the tv seems to be about it so it was probably a good a think I was in bed for nine on Thursday to avoid the hours long wittering about it as the results came in.
Going by what I'm seeing something like this is really what the responsible adults are needing right now to clear up the mess both with the EU and their own political parties and this is so cute you'd want to take it for a walk, play style.
And play at this minute I think is what I'm needing I think as role playing where people go missing isn't very satisfying which is one reason I've usually preferred forum based activity cos at least people can come back to it whenever they can so you don't get the big pauses outside of actual RL meets.
I did write another short story this week which was fun on the continuing adventures of a group of school children at a private boarding school.

Meet Rory
Phew the week got warmer as the days went by so the arms were bared taking care not to get them red and it was the last week of the more groan business of the Referendum where you play at placing the X on a piece of paper.
It also was the week of the Royal Cheshire Show not so far away from where another Plushie was rehomed from a store.
It's not nice being an unwanted plushie discarded so some kind individuals get the all nice, cleaned and tidy and put them up for adoption.
His Gingerness was originally called Ginger but I much prefer Rory referring more to his big cat spirit being full of life able and willing to Rawr! to his hearts content which being with me he sure will together with Morse Moose and the rest of the gang never mind Marmalade and his many Nya's.
Talking of which he's in disgrace as brought me a dead Blue Tit the other day and I prefer my birds alive and well.
Final word, whatever was said during that groan up business don't let it get between your friendships, we can be bigger than that.

Weekend lessons
Well after that weekend off studying and not the previous weekend being able to write you know what happens: Resumption of studying this weekend tackling the outstanding English work taking our time so I don't over do things but equally I am not allowed to get away with not doing the things I can do.
This last two weeks has seen me work on symmetry and shapes in Math and punctuation together with how to write interesting sentences so they hold the attention of reader not sounding very samey.
The last week I got 90% in the math unit and 87% for the english which doesn't surprise me as I do struggle thinking of different ways of expressing the same idea and the notion of active sentences is not something I'm familiar with.
My ability or at least how I feel about expressing myself does impact on my poor self confidence, often feeling unsure about if people are following what I'm saying and what if they get all wrong?
Between things, I wrote a short story for and about a group of friends in the way I one would of been 2013 here around a fictitious school and an incident in the day of the life a group of boarding school children.
At least one person was quite impressed with the sentence structure and language used in telling the story so there's a direct practical application of the formal lessons I have been learning this last six months.
The more informal side of this experience deserves some comment.
It's always been easier to sit around not doing things either expecting an exemption, or because those who might of expected anyone else to seem to think I shouldn't to the point they never really saw what I could do because they never had me try it.
So for a very long time my default was to do nothing and in so far anything like studying went if it wasn't going to be easy then plenty of people would just let me do next to nothing even while it may of hard going, I could of done something more.
That's really thing that is changing both with the studying having to do things I find hard, coping with flare ups of some of my conditions which consideration is given to and even being with people where I am expected to help out, contributing in kind that people are helping me turn around those old habits.
Thinking over how I have dealt with my recent paw problems plus my more recent visits staying with people underscores this so much and I'd like to thank everyone who has and is helping me move on cos it's time I did.

Changesonebowie redux
Between studying I have been listening to some music and arriving last Friday was this, the vinyl reissue of the very first David Bowie compilation entitled changesonebowie that came out originally in 1976.
It was the first album that featured John I'm Only Dancing and in the eyes of many had a seamless unity running through the selection that made it most satisfying to play from start to finish starting with Space Oddity through Jean Genie to Golden Years from his Station to Station album issued early in 1976.
The cover photograph is very iconic.
It was reissued May 20th in random form with half the copies on standard black vinyl an the other clear like the above one on my turntable with no indication which you'll be getting!
Although this is sourced from high resolution digital files it does sound better than the original UK album overall and is noticeably cheaper to buy compared to a used original!
Having so many of my favourite 45's from childhood playing this was a enjoyable trip through time so I'm glad to have gotten it.

Oxide edition
Phew, what a hot weekend,eh? Not that I'd of missed any of it for anything in the World you understand but you don't really want to resemble a well cooked Lobster!
I rested for a day and a bit taking the trouble to ensure I got my sleep in as sometimes the things that may if I'm not paying sufficient attention put me at risk of accidents happen in part because I'm tired and it makes sense to deal with it.
When you next raise yourself from your chair or propel your wheelchair, do look at this picture and check the year of your calendar, you know the one on your wall as it was taken in 2016, honest!
Two long playing records 30cm (or 12" to Brits and Americans) pictured next to a cassette and its case complete with filled out J-card (insert) that hold a recording of both records with a TDK tape from the period 1977 thru 1978!
It is my handwriting on it, really, I'm not just some internet blogger, I am very much for real and that tape is from my collection as are the records which are my originals from when I was younger at least officially!
I did actually record a few tapes from records this week from my new to me turntable that turned out well on some still sealed tapes from the late 90's as apart from a few most of my last cassettes from that period came from compact discs, sometimes rearranged a bit usually for playing on personal players as changing a tape was easier than a cd those days.

A weekend away
I'm just starting on writing this, an account of sorts of how this last weekend went recovering from the excitement as well as the heat of the last few days.
For me, time spent in little/middle headspace is time well spent simply for being me with this weekends adventure beginning with catching the local bus to get a connection to our principal rail station on which I consumed my packed lunch as I would be travelling across my usual meal times.
That made sense as I had some time to kill as the bus and trains don't quite tie in so well so I though I might as well check the destination boards, confirm which platform the train is due in and get there.
My train came in on time which London Midland trains usually do so I got on board with a case and two tote bags enjoying the ride through the new section of track at Norton Bridge which is helping with line capacity before arriving in South Staffordshire.
Why was I with two tote bags I hear you cry?
Hmm this was connected mainly with the second day which required food to be transported not my dollies and plushies because there was no space in the case for all of that!
Here I was met the the person who looks after me and we set of on foot through the busy town centre with its street stores calling in a shop and the market before getting into the car toward their home.
Having arrived I changed into my grey pinafore dress and had on my red and white stripped tie where I helped with the gardening, had fun out of doors and generally socialized enjoying our local butchers Pork chop and vegetables.
Sunday was the day of the Ikklespace picnic as organized by the great fantastic Sammy which generally involves a lot of bring various food such as sandwiches, pies, cake and sausage rolls together with soft drinks to a well known view in South East England to share between ourselves and teddy bears.
We flew colourful kites competing with some massive model airplanes or venue users had, ran around blowing bubbles the size of clouds on the thermals, something I just loved, building massive plushie piles sometimes over people, a few played an acoustic guitar (How about playin' Birthday from "White Album"?) while we marked Sammy and Jessica's birthdays.
The weather was very sunny and hot-suncream sure was needed - and several bought ice creams no doubt to help.
Because we needed to get back early we didn't return to Sammy's home so travelled back via Dudley before we made a drink before having a salad which for me was locally sliced tongue as much else really would of been too much.
On both nights I was in bed at a sensible hour for me because I tire easily and this management of it is very a part of my life today.
I was up about a quarter of Five Monday morning to catch the six-twenty train to my local rail station before taking a taxi back home for a little after half seven in the morning.
I'd like to conclude this by thanking 'Miss' for looking after me, everybody at the picnic for bringing fun with them because it was what we all needed.
